This was the last meeting of work of our Comenius 1.1 project. Our school is proud of having co-ordinated it and wants to thank everybody for making our work easy and enjoyable.We learnt from the others,shared as much as we could and found that,after our participation in this Comenius project teachers and children at our school have a more accurate vision of what Europe and Europeans are.

Thanks everybody  and best wishes for the future.Hope to see you in Asturias soon,as after three years of working together we become friends...(european friends!)

-Visit to the capital city of the County (Pola de Siero)

- Reception at the Town Hall

- Lunch at school

AFTERNOON

-Pupil’s Performance at the Cultural Centre of La Fresneda

- Tea offered by the school Parent’s Association.

- Back to Oviedo.- free time

CULTURE DAY

MORNING:

- Visit to “El Fontán Market”(Oviedo)

Visit to the Museum of Prehistory in the county of Teverga

-Lunch in Teverga

- Stop at Proaza, short walk following the “Senda del Oso” (Bear’s Path. If we are lucky  enough we could see  three bears but not guarantee!)

- Back to Oviedo. Some spare time to have a rest and  be ready for dinner.

- Dinner at Oviedo’s outskirts. Asturian food at “Tierra Astur Restaurant

DEPARTURE DAY

For those staying we  can prepare a visit to  Gijón , the nearby city by the sea but it depends on your  plans.
